We accept refund requests for physical items within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The customer must return the item at their own cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund through your original payment method.

Refunds for physical products will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout. We support:

  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • UPaisa
  • PayPal

Note: All payments are handled under the name Abdul Hameed.


๐Ÿ’ป Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

However, a refund may be granted if:

  • The digital product was not opened or used.
  • You provide clear proof (e.g., screenshot or statement) that the file was not accessed.

All decisions regarding digital refunds are made at our discretion.


โŒ Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Items returned without approval or outside the return window

  • Refunds are only processed after we receive the returned item (for physical orders).
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us.
